January 18, 2003 CCofWNY, in partnership with NYSERDA held a Compressed Natural Gas safety course for Emergency Responders. The trainer was Robert Stiles of AET Energy Solutions (formerly with NYSEG). He has trained over 1500 firemen, the State organization of Fire Marshals and the NYS Department of Transportation employees who work with compressed natural gas. The course was free and there was a great turnout.
